Hardcore training

I can say that training hardcore is one of the most hardest type of training because it will cause you to give up if you’re not determined to finish the task. But here in my blog, I can teach you the ways on how to train hard and improve your muscle tone within 3-4 months. Here are some of the basic training that you can do in your house rather than going to the gym:

Push-ups:

Doing push ups at home is really convenient and effective because it doesn’t need anything at all and can be done at home. Just plan on how many push ups can you do everyday and it can quickly contribute to your improvements when it comes to physical appearance. 100 push ups a day is the most preferred counting when doing push ups but it depends to you because I know that not people will have the same strength so feel free to do how many push ups you can.

Jogging or sprinting:

Jogging and sprinting does not only increases your leg power and endurance but also your stamina. Perform this program so that your legs would be proportional to your body which you are planning to improve. I prefer having 1 hour for jogging and 30 mins for sprinting so that it can really show improvements to your legs.

Ab wheeling:

Using ab wheel can also give a huge effect on your body since it is a type of hardcore workout. It improves your back, limbs and abs which are the essential parts of the body that looks good when improved. I prefer doing sets for these, maybe 10-12 sets can be done to increase your muscle appearance.

All of these are all basic types of workout but since our topic here is hardcore, try to do them all in one day and never be too lazy in a point where in you don’t want to perform them anymore.
